Update sign in promo string on "Tabs from other devices" subpage

The string currently reads:

Pick up where you left off
Sign in to Chrome to see your tabs from all your devices

It should read (to be consistent with our other surfaces):

Continue from another device
To get your tabs from your other devices, sign in to Chrome
