Issue descriptionChrome Version : 53.0.2785.116 (Official Build) (64-bit) URLs (if applicable) : https://regex101.com/ Other browsers tested: Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you have tested this issue: Safari: OK Firefox: OK IE: OK What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Go to https://regex101.com (2) Look at the Quick Reference in the bottom right. The items on the right are sometimes displayed under the scrollbar. If they aren't proceed to step 3. (3) Click one of the items and exit by clicking the "down" arrow in the bottom right corner. (4) The content should now have slipped down under the scrollbar. What is the expected result? The content should remain where it initially was and not slip in under the scrollbar. What happens instead? The content slips in under the scrollbar. See the image to see what I mean.

I cannot repro this on latest Canary which suggests it is has been fixed! Can you confirm? Although the page no longer behaves that way given that it has been corrected using 'height:100%'. However, I can repro the case, If I remove the height:100% from that container. Unfortunately there is too much going on on the page so I cannot be sure why this is happening (a simpler repro would have helped). It seems to me that this is somewhat related to having the overflow area inside a flexbox. eae@ are you aware of any flexbox changes beteen M53-M56 that might have addressed this issue?

There have been *a lot* of both flexbox changes and scrollbar changes between 53 and 56. Likely fixed by a combination of changes rather than a single one. |
