Regression: Text shifting is observed on 'chrome://md-settings/searchEngines' after click on iron icon.

Chrome Version:55.0.2873.3 (Official Build)714c807de9a9710084add5fddbaa72d02a91096e-refs/branch-heads/2873@{#4} (32/64-bit)
OS:Windows (7,8,8.1,10)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings/searchEngines,reload the page or chrome://restart.
2. Click on iron icon of Search engine url and observe the text.

Actual:Text shift downward by 1px is observed.
Expected: Text should not get shifted after step 2.

This is regression issue, broken in 'M 55' and below is manual bisect:

Good build:55.0.2873.0
Bad build:55.0.2874.0

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build: 55.0.2873.0 (Revision: 421052).
Bad build: 55.0.2874.0 (Revision: 421409).

You are probably looking for a change made after 421231 (known good), but no later than 421232 (first known bad).

The script might not always return single CL as suspectas some perf builds might get missing due to failure.

I can't reproduce this on Chrome OS in 55.0.2875 (ToT @ 421553)

Can you verify with a more recent build and try on other platforms?

Tested this issue on chrome latest canary M56-56.0.2891.0 and observed issue still persists on Mac and Linux OS as well.

Can you confirm this can repro on Windows?

Just to update the latest behavior of the bug, Issue is still observed on chrome latest Dev M55-55.0.2883.52 on Windows 10
