Horizontal scroll bar appears chopped from RHS in sources section of devtools.

Issue description

Chrome Version:54.0.2840.41 aeb8895aa4becddb1526af10d1e67495713b6c1a-refs/branch-heads/2840@{#557}(32/64 bit)
OS: Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4). 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome,navigate to NTP and open devtools
2. Now go to 'Sources' section and double click on (newtab?espv=2&ie=UTF-8) which appears highlighted by default and observe the horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of window

Actual : Horizontal scroll bar appears chopped from RHS
Expected : Horizontal scroll bar should be seen properly

This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-33 series from build # 33.0.1712.4

Kindly review the attached screenshot and video for reference.

Note : Issue is not seen on Linux and Windows OS.

Not able to reproduce on a non-retina screen. Will try to find a Retina device to repro.

Thanks for the report.  Can confirm that this affects CodeMirror, and is not specific to DevTools.  I think it's safe to mark this as an resolved if this was an intended change from the CodeMirror team and doesn't hurt user workflows.
