email reaching wrong recipients

Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari:issue persist
    Firefox:issue persist
         IE:issue persist

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)I am getting email from wrong recipients
(2)Emails from Insurance and bank
(3)md.roshan@gmail.com

What is the expected result?
I am getting email for md.roshan@gmail.com instead of mdroshan@gmail.com

What happens instead?
email should reach to md.roshan@gmail.com

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

I can't say this is spam as they are from geninue sites
