Unmaximize button does nothing on Xfce when window is snapped-to-top

Version: 53.0.2785.116 (64-bit)
OS: Ubuntu 14.04
Window manager: xfwm
Desktop Environment: xfce

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Drag browser window to the top of the screen to half-maximize it
(2) Press the unmaximize button

What is the expected output?
Chrome should unmaximize

What do you see instead?
Nothing
