Need to change contentInsetStart value on Android app

According to Android UI review, we need to set contentInsetStart to 72dp for handsets, 80dp for tablets for your toolbar as per material spec. This is a UI blocker for our next release.

Looks like this was already fixed - see  issue 593844 . Perhaps the fix didn't make it into M53, or something changed to break the fix? Need to investigate, so leaving as Untriaged for now.

Looks like the change for  issue 593844  is effective on ToT and it had been checked in before the M53 branch point. I would suspect some issues from previous UX review were not marked as resolved...
