Description: 
Implement a restart keyboard shortcut for Chrome Devices for Meetings. 

Use case: 
There’s often the need to go into Chrome OS mode during a meeting in order to access content that can’t be displayed during a Hangouts session.

Motivation: 
This will prevent users from having to manually turn the devices off and back on during meetings. If there was a key combination, just like the one for Chromebooks, meeting attendees shouldn’t stand up, and sometimes interrupt the meeting to go over the physical device location and reboot the device manually, thus, improving the end-user experience.

Existing workarounds: 
Manually reach out the power button and turn device off, or change the reboot time in the Admin Console, which is not user friendly either.
