What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Navigate to any page in the browser
(2) Tap the URL bar
(3) Observe that the on screen keyboard shows up and the web page is dimmed
(4) Tap the back button to dismiss the keyboard

What is the expected result?
Web page should no longer be dimmed.

What happens instead?
Content remains dimmed and user must either tap back button again or tap page in order to "re-activate" the tab.
