Need to modify account selection talkback behavior |

Issue descriptionPer the accessibility review on the M53 Android launch: "I use Talkback to select one of my user accounts, I double tap to select it. Then I would ideally like to hear confirmation that that account was selected (and my focus should go back up to the selected account). Instead, the account is selected, but then the accessibility focus goes to the next user account and I hear spoken feedback about that next user account instead of hearing any confirmation about which one I actually selected. It's just a bit of a confusing experience if you're not visually looking at the UI."
