Shelf is missing icons for certain apps (YouTube, Drive)

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 8530.81.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.103 Safari/537.36
Platform: 8530.81.0 (Official Build) stable-channel candy

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Use the following command line flags: http://pastebin.com/HxUrBjua
2. Set the shelf to autohide, and be on the left side of the screen
3. Have Google Drive and YouTube apps installed

What is the expected behavior?
To see the icons for YouTube and Google Drive in the autohide shelf on the side

What went wrong?
The icons are not shown

Are you able to repro this with a standard command line?  If not, can you try to isolate which switch you added is triggering the problem?
abodenha, I tried to reproduce this on a different chromebook from the same computer cart in my school, with the same command line flags (apart from the login profile), and wasn't able to get it to happen.
Components: -UI UI>Shell>Shelf

Thanks for trying. If you're able to get it to happen again can you hit alt+shift+i right after it happens and file a feedback report, then add another comment here?
