https://codereview.chromium.org/2245733004/diff/420001/chrome/chrome_tests_unit.gypi accidentally removed offline_page_tab_helper_unittest.cc from the build system.

When adding the file to src/chrome/test/BUILD.GN, it no longer compiles due to other changes that have landed since.

This should be fixed so the tests run.
