'Aw, Snap!' nothing loading

Reported by deannaja...@gmail.com, Sep 27 2016

Issue description

Chrome Version : don't know - I just downloaded it from https://www.google.com/chrome/

Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari:
Firefox: yes - I have no problems with firefox
IE: yes - I have no problems with IE

What steps will reproduce the problem?
I can't do anything. I can't even go to settings. It keeps coming up with the aw, snap page. I uninstalled it a while back because of this and restarted my system a few times since then but I still keep getting the aw, snap page even after installing a new download.

I have no idea how to fix this seeing I can't even go to settings or anything. I can't even do the send feedback. It just hangs up.

What happens instead?

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
