Issue descriptionChrome Version : 53.0.2785.116 (Official Build) (64-bit) URLs : http://codepen.io/fearmear/pen/QKvvYV Other browsers tested: Safari: OK Firefox: OK IE: OK Edge: OK Steps to reproduce: (1) Create any DOM element that can have background-image css property (2) Set "width" and "height" to 200px for that element (3) Set "background-image" to http://placeskull.com/100/100/bd2f2f/7/0 (any svg will do) (4) Set "background-size" to "cover" (5) Set "border-radius" to any value except default Expected result: An image fills 200x200 pixels. Actual result: An image increases in size to 200x200 but fills 100x100 pixels four times. Worked correctly in 52 version of Chrome.
