Record metrics around usage of download and overflow buttons |

Issue descriptionThis bug is about introducing: - "Media.Controls.Download": click on the download button. - "Media.Controls.OverflowOpen": open the overflow from the controls. - "Media.Controls.Overflowclose": cloes the overflow from the controls. Buttons clicked from the overflow menu are recorded as usual. If we need to know whether they are clicked while in the overflow menu, we can check if the menu was opened just before. If really needed, we can introduce, new actions later. Unless there is a good UC, we shouldn't record visibility.
