Regression: 'More action' menu of chrome://downloads closes after pressing 'Ctrl+F' keys

Chrome Version: 55.0.2873.0 4e1f4cd0a29061dc75bc76aef5212847c2ca132a-refs/heads/master@{#421052} (32/64-bit)
OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4)

Steps:
1) Launch chrome, go to chrome://downloads.
2) Click on 'More action' iron-icon, press 'Ctrl+F' keys and observe.

Actual: 'More action' menu closes after pressing 'Ctrl+F' keys.

Expected: 'More action' menu should not close after pressing 'Ctrl+F' keys.

This is a Regression issue broken in M-55, will soon update bisect info

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build: 55.0.2853.0 (416812)
Bad build: 55.0.2855.0 (417283)

You are probably looking for a change made after 418935 (known good), but no later than 418936 (first known bad).
