google chrome issue

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 53.0.2785.116
OS Version: 10.0/win8.1
URLs (if applicable) :all internet sites 
Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
     Safari 5/advance browser:OK
  Firefox 4.x/advance browser :OK
     IE 7/8/9/10/11/:OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. PAc is not downloading at all in chorme 
2.

What is the expected result?
as we are a huge IT company and we nee chrome issue to be fixed at any cost , so need yu help on the same .

Could you send us a net-internals log? https://sites.google.com/a/chromium.org/dev/for-testers/providing-network-details

What I'm trying to establish:

* Are you serving your PAC from a location that requires HTTP Auth? If so, which authentication schemes are you using?
* Are the clients expected to respond to authentication challenges using ambient credentials are the client machines supposed to prompt for credentials?
* Are you sure the PAC fetch step is the one that is failing as opposed to failures to contact the correct servers?

In addition, I don't think we've identified the affected platforms. Which platforms are affected by this issue?
