QUIC is possibly not supporting this version any more given it's seven versions back. Please try to update your chrome to the latest version and see whether it works. For the time being, I will mark this bug as WontFix.

I already update and delete caché, history all data, unistall reinstall,etc..

But I resolved by changing my router and modem configuration to default and then reconfigure at the same old configuration and change one router, but i don't know what issue or how I resolved, I suggest for further cases to check the modem or router configuration.

Thanks for your support.
