browser_tests failing on linux_chromium_chromeos_rel_ng, causing CQ failures |

Issue descriptionhttps://build.chromium.org/p/tryserver.chromium.linux/builders/linux_chromium_chromeos_rel_ng?numbuilds=200 browser_tests is reporting that some shards failed to complete, though the exit code was 0 and the test harness seemed to run to successful completion.
