I believe all of the failures have this in common: swarming pending 10s ( 11 mins, 15 secs ) stdio cache [stdout] some shards did not complete: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 cache [logdog] missing shard #0 missing shard #1 missing shard #2 missing shard #3 missing shard #4 shard #0 isolated out shard #1 isolated out shard #2 isolated out shard #3 isolated out shard #4 isolated out

I caused this. I added a change to mark as invalid test results which were bigger than 20 MB in https://codereview.chromium.org/2372783002/ The test results for https://chromium-swarm.appspot.com/user/task/318193dd9e899d10 are about 30 MB. Revert in progress.
