Google is better than this

Reported by hambu...@gmail.com, Sep 26 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.116 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. go to a website
2. go to another website
3. hit backspace key on the keyboard

What is the expected behavior?
go back one page

What went wrong?
nothing happens

Did this work before? Yes like a a few weeks ago, dude!

Chrome version: 53.0.2785.116 Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

I see that this is already a topic but the last comment is from Sept 07. It should NOT take so long (today is 09.26.2016) for any web developer to address such a popular complaint but i guess some get complacent in the wake of success. I am downloading firefox now even though i expect it to suck even worse than google.
Like a cherished ex-girlfriend, thank you google for the times we had.

Im also tempted to change browser ... we might try Vivaldi, same renderer (webkit), so very similar, even supports chrome extensions ...

So, good bye my lover
