Navigating to an interstitials on iPad show previous page title in tab strip instead of "Privacy error"

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Visit badssl.com
(2) Click on "expired"

What is the expected output?
The tab strip shows "Privacy error" for the current tab.

What do you see instead?
The tab strip still says "badssl.com" (the title of the previous page).
