Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.116 Safari/537.36 Example URL: petsmart.com steinmart.com Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Try to add item to shopping cart 2. receive error message 3. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? Problem can be fixed by clearing cookies, but it comes back on the next visit. Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? It's a lot of customers, but it is not all items. Clearing their cookies fixes the issue, until the next time.

Could you please explain what "a lot of customers" mean? Are you a customer support of a site and getting a lot of questions about this? And you can't consistently reproduce the issue?
