Google Chrome's lost css

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.116 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Access the link: http://172.16.1.38:8081/chrome/Identifica/Identificacao.html
2. Press the button reload

What is the expected behavior?
Reload the same interface without lost css

What went wrong?
Part of the interface lost css

Did this work before? Yes The version before

Chrome version: 53.0.2785.116  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.3
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0
