Description:
Enable device tracking from the Admin console.

Use case:
Locate on the Map the last recent or actual location of the devices. This can be useful when those devices are lost or stolen.

Motivation:
Administrators can use this feature to keep a strict control over device usage outside their campus. This is mostly requested for disabled devices. This could be a feature available for Super Admins only.

Existing workarounds:
Use a third party application that enables device tracking.
