ng-hide class ignored when dev tools are toggled

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.116 Safari/537.36

Example URL:

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open dev tools
2. Load website using angular 1.5.x and ng-show directive
3. refresh site
4. close dev tools
5. open dev tools

Alternatively, resize the window rapidly.

What is the expected behavior?
all elements with the class ng-hide should remain hidden

What went wrong?
All elements with the class ng-hide became visible

Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes 

Chrome version: 53.0.2785.116  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.11.6
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

Have been able to reproduce this consistently on multiple machines running Chrome 53.0.2785.116, both windows and osx, while consistently failing to reproduce it on other machines.

Tried it on http://todomvc.com/examples/angularjs/#/ but cannot repro.
Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
Won't fix due to lack of feedback.
