Regression : Horizontal separator line appears chopped in 'Profiles' section of devtools.

OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and navigate to NTP and open devtools
2. Now go to 'Profiles' section and click on 'Start CPU profiling' button at top of window and again same to stop it so new Profile 1 is created below.
3. Now resize the 'CPU Profiles' window to LHS so as horizontal scroll bar appears at the bottom end and now drag the scroll bar to RHS and observe the header horizontal separator line

Actual: Horizontal separator line appears chopped after dragging scroll bar to RHS. 
Expected: Horizontal separator line should be seen properly.

This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 55’ and below is manual regression and will soon update other info

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build: 55.0.2861.0 (Revision: 418732).
Bad build: 55.0.2862.0 (Revision: 419063).

You are probably looking for a change made after 418935 (known good), but no later than 418936 (first known bad).
