It looks like you have
  <script src="/CLC/Scripts/jquery.validate.unobtrusive.min.js"></script>
at the bottom of your HTML file, so it may or may not read depends on timing.

Can you move it to before your script, and see if it fixes?
I tried that too but still it is not working.

Earlier the pages was working fine. Suddenly it is giving error for all pages.

Could you please provide the solution as the client need this project very soon.
Awaiting your response on this.
I think the issue here is that in FireFox clicking the edit appears to fetch http://114.79.155.219/CLC/Show/CreateEdit/1605 and put the content in a popup.

Where as in Chrome it does a toplevel link navigation to that URI. The question is where is the code that is intercepting the click and doing a popup. The Edit link has a href URI on it.

I took it apart a little more and the error that is causing everything is your polyfiller.js code..

When you load in chrome; if you can avoid this error. Which I did by decreasing the things you polyfilled then I was able to get the window appearing correctly.

polyfiller.js:formatted:260 Uncaught TypeError: Failed to construct 'URL': Please use the 'new' operator, this DOM object constructor cannot be called as a function.

This appears to be a site issue.
"When you load in chrome; if you can avoid this error. Which I did by decreasing the things you polyfilled then I was able to get the window appearing correctly.".... Could you please let me know what exactly you did here?
