Issue descriptionChrome 55.0.2868.3 Goobuntu (Ubuntu 14.04) What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Install this theme: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/grass/mmiboiefncpfjihjdedpaoammipkilla?hl=en (2) Open two tabs in the same window. What is the expected output? The background tab has green text on a white background What do you see instead? The background tab has a very translucent background with very translucent white text. Can't reproduce on Windows, nor using the bisect script.
