What is the expected behavior?
The number of visible options should have been 5.

The number of visible options was 7.

Does this work in other browsers? No Firefox 49.0

Chrome version: 53.0.2785.116  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

Also reproducible on Linux: Version 53.0.2785.116 (64-bit); but the number of visible options was 6 rather than 7.
