Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.34 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Set >100% on Win10 SETTINGS/DISPLAY/"Text size" 2. Load, for example, http://www.google.com/url?q=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.techtudo.com.br%2Fdicas-e-tutoriais%2Fnoticia%2F2016%2F09%2Fdesligar-o-roteador-quando-nao-esta-usando-e-errado-tire-sua-duvida.html&sa=D&sntz=1&usg=AFQjCNFB-9BIpWenoSlt_4DbHQ7F26qlxw or 3. Change Chrome Zoom or Text size to anything different from 100% and Medium, respectively. 4. Load, for example, the same page as above. What is the expected behavior? Aw Snap What went wrong? Able to reproduce the issue on Windows 10 using 54.0.2840.34, and its working fine on Mac and Linux. Have found that the related bug does not affects Chrome 32-bit releases, only the 64-bit ones (Dev, Beta or Stable).

Also, on some computers (with different screen resolution?) the bug is triggered only by one of those three user settings (win10 font size, Chrome font size or Zoom level).

Updating the latest behavior of the bug. Issue is still observed on chrome latest canary M56-56.0.2891.0 as well. ananta@ - Ping! Any update on this issue? Could you please take a look in to it? Thanks!

Since Chrome v56.0.2896.3 Dev released yesterday, the bug is now observed on both 32-bit and 64-bit versions, what did not occured with past 32-bit =<55 releases.
