Security: website code being shown in address bar in chrome on android

Issue description

Hello team,

I've been observing a website's source code in the address bar. Please see the attached files (screen shots). Please let me know in case you need any more information.

Please note, I mean any* website's code. Not 'a' website's code. It was a typo in the text that I typed. Apologies for the same.

This appears to be working as intended; the address URL shown is a "data URL" which is a special type of URL where the content of the page is part of the url instead of being downloaded from the network.

In what circumstance do you see URLs of this nature? If you visit, say, https://bayden.com using the address bar, what does the URL show when the page loads?
