Navigation Drawer in website scrolls as long as the webpage height

Issue description

THIS TEMPLATE IS FOR FILING BUGS ON THE ANDROID SYSTEM WEBVIEW. GENERAL WEB
BUGS SHOULD BE FILED USING A DIFFERENT TEMPLATE!

Device name:Moto X Play
Android version: 6.0.1
WebView version (from system settings -> Apps -> Android System WebView):53.0.2785.124
Application:Chrome (Stable)
Application version:53.0.2785.124

Steps to reproduce:
(1)Go to the url that mentioned above.
(2)Click the hamburger icon to open Navigation Drawer.
(3) Scroll down.

Expected result:
When the Navigation Drawer in the website scroll, it scrolls as long as the content in the Navigation Drawer not in the webpage.

Actual result:
When the Navigation Drawer in the website scroll, it scrolls as long as height of the webpage.

so this is some weird interaction here because the side drawer wants to be the high of the viewport, which changes as you scroll it due to top controls interaction

I'm guessing there isn't really anything great we can do here, aelias?
