Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.116 Safari/537.36 Example URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Selecting download or upload file. 2. Selecting Save As from right-click. 3. Opening Google Calendar. What is the expected behavior? 1. Ability to download or upload a file. 2. Ability to use Save As/Save Link from right-click. 3. Interacting with Google Calendar. What went wrong? 1. Chrome does not perform download/upload commands, but when logging off Chrome wishes to know if I want to cancel downloads or continue, even if Chrome download section is empty. 2. Chrome does not perform Save AS/Save Link commands, and instead the chrome pinned tab in taskbar glows green and makes a continuous scanning motion. 3. Google Calendar begins loading process, but then freezes. Cannot interact with calendar and can see only some of the events posted. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 53.0.2785.116 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0 I love Google Chrome overall, so I want to stop accessing its basic utilities from FireFox browser.

Unable to repro this issue on Windows 10 for Google Chrome Stable Version - 53.0.2785.116 Screen-recording is attached. @adeluna2525: Could you please re-test the same on a clean profile [chrome://settings -> Add Person] and let us know your observations. Thank you.

Thanks everyone for the input. Windows 10 updated itself and resolved the issue on its own. I'm still not sure what happened, but everything works at 100% now. Thank you all!
