What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download and convert a Google Doc to Word format or use a sample Wods doc.
2. Double click on the downloaded doc

What is the expected result?
The doc opens in Office Compatibility Mode (OCM)

What happens instead of that?
I see an error message - see screenshot

Any attempt to send feedback from the error message is never sent - the dialogue hangs.
