Link with view-source: no longer working/allowed

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 53.0.2785.116 (Official Build) m (64-bit) (Windows)
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
    Firefox: OK, 46.0.1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Create a page with links: <a href="view-source:file:///D:/page.html">local</a> or <a href="view-source:https://www.wikipedia.org/">wiki</a>
(2) Click on one of the links.

What is the expected result?
The source code of the respective pages should show.

What happens instead?
Source code page did not appear. Console shows the following error:
Not allowed to load local resource: view-source:https://www.wikipedia.org/

The issue does not happen in previous versions of Chrome.
