Reproduction Steps: 
1. inbox.google.com with CVox Next running
2. Open a thread and reply to it by pressing a.
3. Type three lines of text.
4. Navigate to the beginning of the line with the arrow keys. Now, navigate to the end.
Expected: CVox will tell you what letter you are on. It will say beginning or end of line. It will not read other content.
Actual: If at the beginning of the line, CVox announces the text of the currently focused line. If at the end, CVox announces the next line. Note that this bug also occurs when navigating this bug report while editing it.
