Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Check that plugin for the video is enabled
2. Click "Play"
3. Audio plays but video doesn't

What is the expected behavior?
Video plays at the same time as the audio

What went wrong?
The video didn't play, but the audio did.

I was able to play the video in Vivaldi browser.

This might be relevant: The source HTML for the page says

I have attached a screenshot of the page whilst the audio was playing in the plugin but not the video.
