Harmony [Mac] - default button title is bold when it should not be

Project Member Reported by shrike@chromium.org, Sep 23 2016

Issue description

Version: 55.0.2869.0 canary
OS: 10.11

The Harmony spec says Default buttons have bolded titles on Win only. Currently on the Mac the text is bolded.

I think the text is not bold, but rather is antialiased, and looks bold because it is being drawn on a dark background. If I change the font color over to black without touching anything else, the text loses the "bold" appearance. So, I think this is a sort of visual illusion and not us actually using a bold font (?).
