Unable to use mouse to sign-in on chromebook in M55 |

Issue descriptionImaged a lulu using the latest canary version M55.0.2866.0, Platform 8827.0.0 - To reproduce - 1. On the initial login screen dialog, enter email 2. Click on "Next" button -> This is not registering I was able to login via using the Tab/Enter keyboard navigation.
