failed to clear temp storage

OS Version: Ubuntu 14.04

I'm getting this warning in console randomly on web pages.

Failed to clear temp storage: It was determined that certain files are unsafe for access within a Web application, or that too many calls are being made on file resources. SecurityError

It seems to mostly appears when I open a new Incognito window, open a page through omnibar, and then open Developer Tools for that page.

Hello,

Incognito is attempting to delete temporary storage, and you might have an extension that could be affecting it. Could you please provide a list of extensions?
