Privacy Error

Reported by princear...@gmail.com, Sep 23 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.116 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Connected to university's wifi
2. Required to login
3. After login, this page appear (in attachment)

What is the expected behavior?
After I have logged in, it redirect to a page as in attachment given. The login process fails and I cannot access the Internet using my university's wifi

What went wrong?
Whenever I connect to my university's wifi, there will be a popup with form for me to login in order to gain access to Internet by using that wifi. But, suddenly this error comes up with Chrome browser, other browsers are just working fine with the login process.

When I connect with my home's wifi, it works fine since there's no login process required to access internet. I think there is something wrong chrome in dealing with the login process of my university's wifi.

Did this work before? Yes 2 days ago

Chrome version: 53.0.2785.116 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

I have read in some suggestions provided in the forum. They said that I have to do force update here, chrome://components/ under CRLSet, unfortunately, I think I already up to date with that since mine is Version: 3266.
