What steps will reproduce the problem?
I really don,t now exactly what trigger the issue, I just can mention some of the actions that I did, I was debugging javascript code, the file is mapped to a the source on the hdd so I cant modify on the editor, another detail is that I was modifying code without saving yet on debug mode, if you resize the windows it get fix but if you make it small again and resize the variables watch area it get miss calculated egain 

What is the expected result?
all the text inside the editor most be visible

What happens instead of that?
in some occasions the with off the editor area is not calculated properly I hope that the screenshots illustrate better what I say
