Steps to reproduce the problem:
0. update chrome to release 53
1. login user: Ch23092016171515, pass: P50K10
2. go to "Mes patients" page
3. click on "créer patient" button

What is the expected behavior?
A new window with same style with all the rest of the application should appear.
You can look at the expected behavior in attached files :
- dev_tool_css_loaded : good behavior loading good css on good pages
- window_expected : good style on the window

What went wrong?
The window does not load style sheet (CSS).
