Audit maximum length of the Content Settings Bubbles.

Currently maximum lengths of content setting bubble is 500px.

This number should be reviewed for the bubble by bubble. E.g. subresource filtering bubble max length should be 320px.


What happens instead?

Harmony is going to implement bubble width snapping.  The most helpful thing for us would be for the audit here to not specify a max width on a per-bubble basis, but rather to set the number of characters you want to be visible for each label in the bubble that may need wrapping.

Then the Harmony layout code will automatically snap the bubble width to the next larger Harmony dialog width that can show this many characters.

I'm dropping this to P3 because, while it touches a surface that we're trying to tackle soon for Harmony (the content settings bubbles), it doesn't seem like it's a usability issue or something users will really be bothered by.
