Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Incognito Mode 
2. Look at the URL Bar
3. See That it's Short

What is the expected behavior?
The URL Bar is not supposed to be short.

What went wrong?
This is the first time this happened, and it keeps happening to me in incognito mode.

Did this work before? Yes A few minutes ago.

Chrome version: 53.0.2785.116  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.11.0
