Regression: background not zooming when background-position contains two fraction percentages

Reported by delilahb...@gmail.com, Sep 23 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:45.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/45.0

Example URL:
http://bodograumann.de/test/Chrome_v53_background-position_zoom.html

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to http://bodograumann.de/test/Chrome_v53_background-position_zoom.html
2. Set the page zoom level to anything other than 100%

What is the expected behavior?
All background-images are zoomed according to the page zoom level including their background-positions

What went wrong?
For background images with background-position CSS rules where both dimensions are fractional percentage values the background image is not scaled, while the absolute background offset changes, so that the shown section of the background image is wrong and too big.

Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A

Is it a problem with a plugin? No

Did this work before? Yes Up to the previous Chromium version 52 it worked.

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 53.0.2785.116 (Offizieller Build) (64-Bit) Channel: stable
OS Version: Gentoo

I can't reproduce this in Chrome 55 Linux; all the cards look right under page zoom. Could you please try with current stable and provide a screen shot if still broken.
On Gentoo Linux the current stable version is google-chrome-54.0.2840.100. For that version the problem still exists.

I did install google-chrome-beta-55.0.2883.59 though. For that version it is indeed true, that the behavior is correct.

So I guess if all changes in that version are persisted in the stable channel, this bug can be closed.

We're pushing M55 as stable any day now, so closing. I verified that things are still working as expected in M55.
