Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.Press F11 to go into full screen mode
2.Press CTRL+T to open a new tab
3.The "Search Google or type URL" bar does not take any input from the keyboard. Despite clicking on it several times

What is the expected behavior?
"Search Google or type URL" bar should take input from the keyboard

What went wrong?
The "Search Google or type URL" bar is not working as it should. The bar should take input from the keyboard. My Firefox 48 takes input while in the full screen mode
