What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings/languages
2. Now add any language by clicking on 'Add languages' and then click on iron icon besides it and observe the grey focus highlight on offer to translate pages in this languages check box

Actual: Glimpse of dark grey focus highlight is seen on check box after clicking on iron icon 
Expected: Glimpse of dark grey focus highlight should not be seen after clicking on iron icon 

This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-55 series as 'offer to translate pages in this languages' check box appears from build # 55.0.2869.0

Note : Issue is not seen on Windows OS and Will soon update Linux info.
