Unable to launch developer tools from chrome://inspect for connected Android devices

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/43.0.2357.81 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Connect android device 2. Open Chrome://inspect 3. click on inspect under the device name 4. Chrome developer tool window appears, but it is blank, without any controls and content What is the expected behavior? It should open the developer tools and show the controls and debug options along with the device view port. What went wrong? Not sure Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 43.0.2357.81 Channel: n/a OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 17.0 r0
